using a PI3+ and wanted to install the 9.2.0 package.
i create the USB by using ETCHER under macOS mojave, everything goes well so far.
when i put the mSD card inside the pi, it starts up with the LibreELEC logo, change the partition size and mention a reboot in 15..14..13.....NOW, but nothing happend.
i leave the screen for at last 1h and pull the power cable just to find a corrupted filesystem after.
is the installer broken or the mSD card ?
One hour of waiting is surely too much. The RPi 3 with LibreELEC should boot up normally in under a minute.
I never used Etcher. LE's own USB Creator tool couldn't handle some of my SDcards correctly, I now use Ubuntu's own disk writing tool.
But MacOS should also support the Linux 'dd' command to write disk image files to USB/SDcards if I'm correct. Try that option.
And yes, the SDcard itself can also be stubborn. Also check the SDcard for possible read-only partitions.
