RB Pi4 4gb 4k stutter

    Hey guys i buyed a rb pi 4 with 4gb installed the newest libreelec over it and tryed to start a 4k hvec video.
    It lags and stutters, the same as the menu.
    So how can i fix it on my rb pi?
    Also on FHD the Framerates is around 15-35 fps. On my Fire TV 2 there are 60 fps whole time

    if i search for pi4 stutter i only find one more thread and no solution and if i search for video stutter it doesn't contain pi 4

    maybe i searching wrong, it would be nice if you can provide me some threads

    Please provide a full debug log.

    How to post a log (wiki)

    1. Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging
    2. Restart Kodi
    3. Replicate the problem
    4. Generate a log URL (do not post/upload logs to the forum)

    use "Settings > LibreELEC > System > Paste system logs" or run "pastekodi" over SSH, then post the URL link
