What does this mean?
Does it mean we can get a webcam connected to LE?
And what webcams are supported?

See feat: enable webcam driver as kernel module to be consistent with all projects by nicolaspernoud · Pull Request #3968 · LibreELEC/LibreELEC.tv · GitHub for more info. No idea about devices because there is no planned "support" for doing anything in LE with webcams.
