How to run command on kodi ui without ssh

I want to run command on kodi ,but I not want run on ssh,Is there any way？

If you use a remote: then use the Kodi addon commands

Depends on what the command is, i.e. what you're trying to achieve. Kodi has a fairly comprehensive XML-RPC api that covers many things.
