How do I create and place advancedsettings.xlm?

There used to be a Kodi Addon to do this but I don't think it is being maintained anymore.

So access LE via SSH and create the file advancedsettings.xml in /storage/.kodi/userdata

Reboot or restart Kodi for the settings to become active.
