pcie Sata card support

Hello,

I have a rockpro64 and a sata card Delock Products 89384 Delock PCI Express x2 Card > 10 x internal SATA 6 Gb/s – Low Profile Form Factor

I cannot install kodi on other distros, because Kodi team doesn't support for arm via PPA.

I installed libreelec, but it seems that this sata card doesn't supported and I cannot check, because lshw isn't available.

I would like to ask a little help/guidance to solve this problem (if at all possible.).
