Control usage time each day for kids

    I´m looking for a reliable solution to limit the amount of hours Kodi can be used each day for my kids. I´m using LE 9.1.002 on RPI 3B+, no special add-ons, only the VNC add-on. Both devices uses SMB shares from a Windows 7 fileserver. The access, which kid can watch which video etc. is controlled by share rights, all fine and working good.

    The one and only challenge is to limit to time Kodi can used each day and starting/ending hours. I´ve looked into WIKI, this forum, use Google in german and english, but all I find is "PinSentry". But this is an outdated plugin, not declared as safe and I found some infos that it won´t run with LE 9.

    Any ideas how to solve it? At last some low-level file editing would be fine. For each weekend an amount of hours where Kodi is usable from <starting hour> to <end hour> would be enough.
