I tested the latest version from WetekForums with Live TV & VDR:
LibreELEC (community) Version: devel-20161008125939-r24153-g51fbdda

(it is/was the same with LE 7.90.00[3-6] btw)
Every time I open any menu, Live TV get async. It seems that the picture gets delayed because of viewing e.g. the home screen. This is not corrected anymore, even if I set "sync audio / video" or anything else. The result is correct audio with delayed picture on Live TV. Switching channel the does solve it, until you open a menu again
It doesn't matter if it is a HD or SD-channel
