Nexbox A95X s905X Please Help Can't Factory Reset

Hi Everyone. The problem that I have is that I used the update/backup on a brand new Nexbox 2GB/8Gb to install libreelec. Now it reboots fine and goes to the setup screen and nothing works. The network, usb's, or sdcard. I have tried to flash it back but nothing is recognized. the SDCard with factory image does not work and the amalogic usb tool will not pick up the box. can anyone help me with either upgrading to a libreelec that works with this box or a way that i can get the original firmware running again. Thanks in advance.
