Constant hissing sound

Hi I installed the latest libreelec on my system and all I get is a constant hissing sound

I have a gigabyte z170x gaming G1 it has a built in sound blaster card which I think is the issue

Can anyone help? Please

Have you disabled the low level noise option in the Audio settings within Kodi ? If not, I'd try that first.

Yep all done, it happens if I install Linux too only through the onboard sound card not through HDMI audio
