Use smartcard reader with tvheadend+oscam?

    I have smartcard reader connected to wetek play, type:
    Bus 001 Device 007: ID 04e6:e003 SCM Microsystems, Inc. SPR532 PinPad SmartCard Reader
    I need watch to encrypted tv channels with subsription card.I running oscam, and tvheadend addon. I combine tvh with oscam already to work together, and my question only, how can connect the reader to socam.
    I think me need make a reader, but with what settings?

    I have a Smargo Smartreader V2 reader with tvheadend and oscam. It was not very easy to get the reader working with oscam. I am at work now so I cannot see my settings to tell you how to install it. However, I followed this guide (which is in Dutch):

    Be careful, talk about cardsharing can get you banned quickly. Please avoid public chatter about cardsharing related activity.

    I was only helping with the legal use of card reader. I pay for the cable TV and in order to watch all channels (except 3 channels) I have to use the smartcard from my provider, which is typically inserted in the cable box. In order for me to use tvheadend and Kodi to watch the cable TV for which I pay, I have to use the USB smartcard reader and insert the smartcard.

    I am assuming the user above is in the same situation as I am, just wants to watch TV using HTPC instead of cable box. So this post should not be removed because we are just trying to help people use their HPTC to watch television for which they pay.

    I set up reader with oscam:

    And restart oscam, here is the log:
