No touch support with new version 7.0.2

Hello,

I use RPI3 ans LibreElec V7.0.1 with a USB-Touch screen.
After an update to V7.0.2 my touch doesn't work. Also i can't find
the tool evtest on my device.

Someone with same issue and a solution?

I don't think there was any changes in this area. Which touchscreen is this?
Evtest addon should be available as part of system-tools addon.

Hi,

i have a Dell ST2220 screen with touch.
This work after some configuration in V7.0.1

I configurate it with the howto from this thread LibreELEC number 26.
I started with point 7. It use tslib.

After i updated over the gui to new version touch dosn't work. I tried to configure it but i can't find evtest for example.

You missed the fact that official images doesn't include all what is described in this thread. You need special image build by yourself or some other good guy. Ask in thread for a new image.

It it possible to update to a newer version without loose my configuration and driver?

Code

/storage/.config/ts

- there are touchscreen related configuration files.

But you must update with a version which actually includes all this touchscreen stuff. Meaning not official image.
