Is it possible to create device tree buy my own?

I am not an expert, but if this is possible without serious knowledge, then I could.

I can not get to work as it should be libreelec on my H96 Mini.

It shouldn't be necessary. I don't know about libreelec builds for this, but when you burn coreelec images, there is a folder with several device trees

You can choose a device tree based on the LAN & RAM size

LE images do the same thing .. except the AMLGX mainline kernel (test) image avoids the need for 1G/2G/3G RAM variants.
