Settings add-on not available yet

After updating my version 9 to 9.01 on both my rpi3b+ they both have the same problem. When trying to open the libreelec settings I get the error

"Settings add-on is not ready yet, try again later"

This has been days now. Rebooted many times too

I've got an RPi3B+ running LE 9.0.1 without experiencing this issue.

When the problem occurs again can you.

Please provide a full debug log.

How to post a log (wiki)

1. Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging
2. Restart Kodi
3. Replicate the problem
4. Generate a log URL (do not post/upload logs to the forum)

use "Settings > LibreELEC > System > Paste system logs" or run "pastekodi" over SSH, then post the URL link
