Upgraded Pi3 to Leia from Krypton - Display not mode not supported

    Hi,

    I upgraded my Pi3 from Kryton (V8.2) to Leia (V9.0) and i am having a rather annoying issue with my TV since the upgrade.

    When the Pi Boots, it shows the boot screen (big block of colour) followed by the LibreElec logo, however as soon as the logo goes off to which normally then loads the kodi boot screen, it goes blank and follows with Mode not supported.

    This has only been occuring since upgrading to Leia.

    I can fix it for that boot by removing the hdmi cable from the tv and plugging it back in which then allows me to see kodi.


    Ive followed one article where you need to do the following...

    run tvservice -d edid.dat (while tv is displaying the kodi homepage) in flash area and amend the config.txt to have the following lines...

    hdmi_edid_file=1 and hdmi_force_hotplug=1

    However this has made no difference either.

    Does anyone have any ideas that could help?
