I have a TCL TV, CEC is enabled on the TV but the problem is no keypresses reach my Khadas VIM. Not a problem as its not a good remote anyway so I configured another IR remote to control the KVIM.
The CEC works in this aspect it turns on when my KVIM is switched on and it switches of when my KVIM is switched off. The only thing why I need my original remote controlfor is switching sources, for example to switch to the playstation 4.
So my question now is can the KVIM, witj LE, instruct the TV to switch sources, like the KVIM tells the TV to power on or off? And can it also do more, for example change the sound volume of the TV, even when the YV is switched to another input source? For example KVIM is on HDMI1 and PS4 is on HDMI2 and remote tells the TV via the KVIM to change the volume while the source is put on HDMI2?
