I followed the instructions, selected the LibreELEC 9.0 channel but no downloads show up.
Works fine for 8.0 channel.

LE 7.x/8.x images for the C2 are aarch64 so the settings add-on is looking for LibreELEC-Odroid_C2.aarch64-9.0.tar which doesn't exist. Our release team need to clone LibreELEC-Odroid_C2.arm-9.0.tar to the aarch64 name and rebuild the JSON file (without RK file content else the JSON isn't parsed correctly) then the 9.0 update should be visible.

Thanks.
Do I need to report this as a bug somewhere or will they see this post?
The post has been seen .. not sure if anything has been done yet though. Reboot and have another look.
I have been on the 9.0 alpha channel from the start on Odroid C2.
I still get issues where updates do not appear. I have eventually been able to update to beta 1, but now I cannot get the update to beta 2.
9.0 doesn't even appear as a release channel anymore. The list of update channels is empty, and the list of available updates is also empty. Automatic mode doesn't seem to pick up the update either.
Once Kodi 18 will be final, which kernel will be used for LibreELEC9 suppose it will be the latest longterm (4.19)?
Current 9.0 releases will ship on ye olde Amlogic 3.14 kernel. At some point between 9.0 and 10.0 we will switch to mainline. Depending on your needs or expectations the current state of things is either awesome or missing major/essential capabilities (grab a balbes150's test images if you like). IMHO there are still some key milestones to achieve before we encourage wider public testing.
I tried it last night and it still doesn't see any updates.
Is anyone seeing 9.0 updates for the C2?
you can still manually update, with B3 release i fix it
great thanks!
Yes, thanks. It worked for me also.
