I have two boards similar to your NANO PC T4
- NanoPI M1
- NanoPI M4
I was able to run my own Libreelec build with rockpro64 image, but also, with rock960 image.
Rockpro64 : Ethernet works, wifi doesn't, on both
Rock960 : Wifi works, Ethernet doesn't, no connection on Nanopi M1 !
Give it a try.

How did you flash these images? On SDCard or on the eMMMC?
I know how to flash images through eFlasher from SDCard to eMMC. Is it like this or?
I have tested on a SD card. I used BalenaETCHER to burn the image on the sd card.

And you can play games with retroarch 
Pegasus FrontEnd doesn't work ;(, but emulationstation works great.

Have you tested docker on this compilations?
it would give us tones of possibilities
My next steps are install libreelec on internal emmc,mount usb3 storage devices and nfs, try to install software (openvpn server, transmission) through docker.

Replace this file Sendspace.com Mobile File to enable bluetooth, wifi and ethernet on nanopi M4, maybe nano PC T4 ?
note : seens to does not work on nanopi neo4

Wireless does not work on these devices with any of the RK3399 images, however supported USB adapters work fine. I've used the Rock64Pro image on the NEO4/M4/T4 boards. Waiting for a release with supported drivers.

do you have tried the dtb linked on my post ? Replace it on your m4 sd card and you will see wireless wifi and bt working.

Yes!!!
Now i can see the wireless device and Kodi show aviable wireless connections (haven't tested to connect through wireless but seems to be working fine)
Bluetooth is now aviable.
And now i can see mmcblk1 device (emmc internal storage)
I have to do more testing to be sure all is working fine and try to understand how emmc works, to try install libreelec inside.

Without fan, after 2 hours playing full blueray, >75ºC so I stoped and decided not to continue without fan. I wish i can find more heatsinks compatible with this pcb.

Hmm, it seems like it isn't possible to use this for Kodi without active cooling... I will have to go for RK3328 then i think.
