Very simple in the end ..... I'm not sure if the existing /usr/lib/udev/rules.d/95-udevil-mount.rules is activated and mounts what it finds first and then they get unmounted because of this rule ....
... or if the default mount rule is ignored because of the presence of the file in /storage/.config/udev.rules.d/

no if the file has the same name it will override the original
