absolute newbie: how to download a file from github and install it with libreelec and kodi only

Dear all!

I started to stream Netflix with a Rasperry Pi3 2 month ago. Before that i used the raspy for retrogaming, then i found a guide how to stream Netflix on my raspi 3B+.

Since about 4 days, this does not work anymore. The only hint i found was a link to a newer version for the Netflix App: master.zip

Since i am not able to copy a file from my PC to the Raspi, i would like to know, how to download the file from the link directly on my raspi.

My system:

LibreELEC (Milhouse) 20181116, i guess it is version 9

Kodi version ??? (downloaded on Nov. 18th 2018)

I am such a newbie that i cannot say which version of Kodi i have, since i cannot find the info of the overall versio, but only versions from some packages.

Please send me some links with explanations or tutorials.

Specific support for Milhouse builds for Raspberry Pi 2/3 devices can be found on the Kodi forum.

I believe the latest version of a component for Netflix use was fault, and a previous version worked. Please read the last couple of forum pages before adding your own question(s) on this.
