How to execute a script when the network card is enabled

Hello, everyone.

I need an external USB card.

And need to make a rout table to work.

I want to run a script while inserting the network card in the box

But no way was found.

How do I implement this?

create a udev rule that matches against the USB vendor/device ID and executes a script to do whatever it is you need to do
