System gets stuck trying to backup

so my system get's stuck trying to do a kodi system backup and I'm not sure how to fix it every time I try to run a backup it gets stuck loading and never brings up the page I've left it to try to load for over 30 mins and still nothing. any ideas?

Are you using the Kodi backup addon (which is nothing to do with us, and you need to ask questions to its creator via the Kodi forums) or the backup function in the LE settings addon (in which case we'd like to see a Kodi debug log please)?

That's not a debug log (so all the python debug output is missing) and there's no evidence of you opening the settings addon and taking a backup in the log. Not much I can do with that.

browse to backup folder on storage & start

Mine starts straight away & takes about 5 mins
