Can you post the output of tvservice -m DMT and tvservice -m CEA?

Maybe your projector has a broken EDID, those commands should give some hints about that.

Thanks guys for your help! But the problem was a hardware problem. I went to my local RPi shop and the Pi was exchanged. Something damaged (as expected) the HDMI Port. Works fine now! Topic can be closed now!
