IPTV Simple Client install

Hey Folks,

I was wondering where I could find the "IPTV Simple client" Add on for libreelec?

I checked https://kodi.wiki/view/add-on:iptv_simple_client, but couldn't find relevant info. I did find the "PVR" section in the settings menu.

I have a list of channels in m3u format.

Are there any guides for absolute beginners?

BUT, am I missing something again?

I have installed the Add-On, and configured my Playlist under Add-Ons > User Add-Ons > PVR Clients.

Unfortunately, I dont find it in the "usual" Addons Section. And don't know how to start the streams

Okay, so I just added the "TV" and "Radio" Section in the Skin Menu.
