Kodi is setup with audio passthrough on HDMI (7.1ch).
I've tried changing the Chrome config to enable and disable KODI sound engine when Chrome is started with same result.
Don't think that logs can help here ?

Did you tried the pure defaults for the chrome addon at the settings?
No sound at yt sounds like pulseaudio is still running. You can try to ssh into your box.
systemctl stop pulseaudio
And then run chrome.

Yes, tried default before.
Will check pulseaudio state from ssh and get back with more infos.
