Pi3b - hvec thumbnail generation not working properly

    First off - huge thanks to the dev’s for this piece of awesomeness!

    On my pi3b libreelec setup, the generated thumbnails for hvec files are just green repeating patterns

    I haven’t found any answers online so hoping for a bit of help here.

    It's names and numbers we need. Please provide a debug-enabled kodi.log file (via a paste website) for some initial detailed info on your RPi box.
