I have been using LibreElec for years but now I run into an issue that puzzles me.
I have a computer (Asrock 252b Vision 3d)

When I create the USB install stick (the generic build) and boots the PC I get the initial boot options (Syslinux) and if I choose "installer" I just get a blank screen and nothing happens. If I try to start "live" it actually boots into LibreElec/Kodi.
I have tried both the recent version of LE (8.2.5) and also some of the legacy versions, same thing happens on all of them.I also tried the usb stick on another pc and here it boots fine. So nothing is wrong with the usb stick.
Can anyone help me understand what is wrong and how I possibly can overcome this issue?
