Problems with DVBSky / TechnoTrend USB DVB-S2 tuners since LE8

    I guess I have a different problem.

    It still crashed after some time. Currently running Kernel 5.1.16

    I recorded something elas prior... that worked fine. It usually fails after 2-3 records. I guess I will trash the DVBSKY 960.

    Can somebody recommend a good DVBS2 Card? PCI-E would be great.

    Hi, I have a Raspbian on my Raspberry, not libreelec, anyway, I would like to apply the patch in mutex.c changing the MUTEX_FLAG_HANDOFF value


    I can't find mutex.c in my system, and I'm not an expert of recompiling/applying patch.

    I have the DVBSky s960 v2 USB device, and it works only the first time that I use, for example, tvheadend or dvblast. To get the device working again, I have to unplug the power supply and plug it again, no reboot of the Raspberry needed.

    Curiously, if I use tsp (tsduck suite), the commands always work, no needs of unplug and plug.

    Can anyone help me, hopefully with a step by step guide for recompliling mutex.c?
