Add samba winbind so that you can integrate LE into an Windows AD setup.

It would be nice if the samba winbind package could be included in the LE OS so that you can join an LE box to a Windows AD domain. Currently I can not get a LE box to access a share on a domain network and you can not see the LE boxs smb shares. Everything is setup for WORKGROUP access.

Have you tried the latest LibreELEC 9 as Kodi 18 now has improved domain support after PR13725.

I don't think we are likely to implement explicit support for AD domains.

Note that network browsing ("seeing shares") is a feature dependent on SMB1 which no longer works now that many vendors (including Microsoft, and LibreELEC) are disabling SMB1 by default.
