there are several problems with that addon, you can have a look to the "new" Mosaic version (not sure if just a new name + new gui?) and this is reported to working well - afaik just for LE9
-
As I understand the problem in the DVBLink addon, and not in the server part, so needed to fix the DVBLink addon.
This problem occurs when there are scheduled recordings and only in idle mode.

yea but there is no DVBLink addon update anymore for Kodi 17, so you have to update to K18 alpha to get an "new" version

I have the same, or very similar, problem using mythpvr, hdhomerun tuners and a myth tv backend. It happens on rpi and odroid versions. Freezes up almost every night and begins looping in gdb. Log in and reboot gets it going again, but will eventually freeze again. The last log message is always related to capplication::framemove. Been going on through many versions/releases of libreelec. Seems to be some kind of race condition, but that's just guessing. Never happens when watching live TV or recordings, only when Kodi menus are visible.
-
To Kodi 18 Beta 3 the problem is not resolved.
-
In this version Kodi crash and libreelec is reboot.

Please provide a full debug log.How to post a log (wiki)1. Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging2. Restart Kodi3. Replicate the problem4. Generate a log URL (do not post/upload logs to the forum)
use "Settings > LibreELEC > System > Paste system logs" or run "pastekodi" over SSH, then post the URL link -

The log file after crash and reboot system.
You are using CoreELEC and the error looks like some problem with ffmpeg. So better ask at their forms as they now better about possible problems at their image.
-
No, the problem is not in the ffmpeg. The problem happens in idle on the TV page when there is a scheduled recording. And does not depend on the system LibreElec or CoreElec.

If it doesn't happen at LE and CE then try your luck at kodi forum.
Possible an kodi bug then?
