How do I set up a folder on the network for TimeShift?

    Greetings,

    I activated the Timeshift feature in the TVHeadend system on the Mecool K1 Pro and WeTek Play 2 devices.

    However, even though the disk I am connecting to is USB3.0, it runs as USB2.0, so problems occur on 4K channels.

    I think the network connection is GBit.

    I get better results if I open a folder share from the computer and add it to TVHeadend.

    But I do not know how to do it, I'm glad you helped.

    TVH cannot mount network volumes, but you can locally mount a remote NAS share at startup using systemd. Go look at the example CIFS and NFS sample .mount files in /storage/.config/system.d
