422 12bit mode and green screen issues output

    I want to ask if the the green screen is a known issue to be fixed, this happens when I try to force the libreelec on my MeCool KI PRO to be in 422, 12bit mode

    using this command,

    echo ‘422,12bit’ > /sys/class/amhdmitx/amhdmitx0/attr

    I have tried both 8.2 and 8.90.3 ..same issues.

    The 422@12bit mode is very important for Epson Projector tha have HDMI limited to 10.2 Gbps , it's the only way to support 10 bit UHD video.

    Until Kodi actually functionally supports HDR and the complex mess of different colour space conversions that can be required (which is current work in progress) you might as well turn the TV off and go look in the garden for unicorns. It will be a more productive use of your time than trying to make broken Amlogic kernels and code that only partially exists work. I don't mean to sound rude, but that's reality. Come back in a few months when things have advanced.

    i not understood ... ,444@10bit and 420@10bit work without isseus UHD video and HDR on TV.

    The problem is only 422@12bit .

    must be waiting Amlogic kernels or kodi/librelec update?
