Hi there.
I'm trying to install LibreElec into a NUC dccp847dye. I'm new to Windows, and I'm struggling!
I've followed a guide that requires me to create a usb stick to boot from.
I download the latest stable version of openelec, and extract files with winrar.
When I then open file all I have is licenses, target, changelog, readme and release.
There is no create boot stick option or exe file of any sort.
I've searched forums etc, but people seem to be having problems booting from the usb, whereas I can't even create one!
Any help would be appreciated.

What about creating a bootable USB with LibreELEC USB-SD Creator tool?
That way should be easiest (and the way I've created my 'USB boot sticks')...
