Low Resolution Skin?

I'm trying to set LibreELEC up as a media player for my Chrysler 2010 T & C. The entertainment system in the van has composite inputs that feed to the screens in the car. Unfortunately the screens are pretty low resolution. I don't know the exact specs but it's probably even lower than NTSC. I've tried a couple of movies and they look fine but the text in the GUI is pretty much unreadable, especially on settings screens and such. Is there a skin that would work better than the standard skin in this situation?
