Audio offset

    After a fresh install/update (after many months of annoying audio problems) my pi1 has an audio sync issue. It never matches up. Running off my nas server or internet streaming. My pi3 works fine, just pi1B is messed from stock image.

    that did not work but sync to video refresh rate seems to have worked. weird never had that happen before.

    Also the MMAL and OMXplayer options can both be on or off at the same time. tried with OMXplayer off and was still audio offset.
