Update Coreboot firmware? Full fan speed, HP Chromebox.

Hi.

I just switched from OE to LE.

But i think i need to update my coreboot firmware, but i cant use the scripts, not full bash.

How do i update my coreboot firmware?

I am using a HP Chromebox and have issuis with full fan speed.

I have read that i need a a live Linux USB (like GalliumOS or Ubuntu) but i dont get how it works, im using standalone LE install.
