Hp Chromebox Libre Elec not loading

I have been running libre elec/ open elec for a few years, went to turn my chromebox on yesterday and it is stuck on the kodi splash screen. It is running 8.2.1, never had an issue before. I tried pushing the last update file again and still same issue. I can see the box on the network and can access the file structure but kodi will not load.

Any ideas ?

Sharing logs from the box would be a good start. Ideally a Kodi debug log (set logging from advancedsettings.xml)

wget http://chewitt.libreelec.tv/advancedsettings.xml -O /storage/.kodi/userdata/advancedsettings.xml
systemctl restart kodi
< wait until it hangs on restart >
cat /storage/.kodi/temp/kodi.log | paste

^ then share the URL generated
