Amazon Prime Video support status?

I have been searching about support for Amazon Prime Video, but could not get to a conclusive result on the current status. Some sources say it is supported, some sources say it no longer works, sometimes it seems to depend on the country, ... Can anybody please shed some light on this? Many thanks!

It works with LE 9(pre Alpha) e.g. Milhouse Builds for x86.

There you can use amazon prime (tested in germany)
