iBeacon support

    Hello

    I've been using LibreElec for sometime and it is great and I also use Home Assistant for home automation via iBeacons.

    I want to setup my RPi3's with LibreElec on using the hcitool command. It works well but it often just stops (no idea why) and I cannot add it to start up with the RPi3 as when I try to edit any files it says it is a read only file system

    Any ideas please?

    If you need to make changes to the system partition, you first need to make it writeable. For example, the /flash folder:

    mount -o remount,rw /flash

    Note, that with every LibreELEC upgrade, this partition will be rewritten, and any manual changes will be lost. Perhaps the /storage partition is a better location for keeping data/settings.
