TVHeadend issues

  • Hi,

need some help getting TVHeadend working. I've got a DVBSKY S960 tuner. If I do a fresh LE install, followed by a TVHeadend 4.2 install and run the wizard, it finds services okay. If I map to channels, that's okay, although the numbers are messed up. Nothing I do regarding bouquets makes a difference - all the channels have bouquet set to auto - trying to change it by unticking auto doesn't give anything in the drop down box. I can watch channels at this point though.

Also, I can't get any EPG data - I have the OTA UK grabbers enabled. Triggering the grabber shows poll timeout \ no data erros.

Trying to start over by deleting the channels, muxes, network - it never scans the muxes successfully again - scan no data errors.

    I'm running 64bit LE on a Chromebox.

Sample output from manual add of network \ muxes below. Have tried changing timout, force old etc

    Any help much appreciated

  • Certainly. Have tried changing settings for Force old status, Status period.

Not going to get a chance to look at this again for a while - outside work will be blocking sat dish anyway.

    Thanks

  • Yes. Done several scans trying the different settings on the adaptor (Input Buffer, Force old status, remove scrambled bits) to no avail.

Watched the stream and getting good signal strength whilst it's trying.
