any can't help me whith this problem?

i want to use my usb 3.0 ports... and i can't with external hdd... are there any solution?

Why not ask Western Digital, as well as your motherboard manufacturer, to make their products more Linux-compliant? The majority of computer hardware manufacturers is blinded by a Windows-only approach. Realteak can tell you all about that stance.

echo -1 | tee /sys/module/usbcore/parameters/autosuspend

Run that and connect the drive. If it works, run this and reboot to make the change persistent:

echo "options usbcore autosuspend=-1" > /storage/.config/modprobe.d/usbcore.conf

It's also (maybe) possible to use the value 0 (zero) instead of -1 .. it depends on the kernel used
