In testing7 version for s912 doesn't work iptv via iptvsimple, any channel opening and nothing
And also in logs nothing
And in menu I see two times "Reboot from internal"
Smb shares with password works for me.
Tested again, still sync issue persist with AC3 after 30-60 minutes.
Most noticeable on HD livetv on 50fps
Everything else works great
8.1.1 version from kszaq still have AC3 sync issue.

Twice tested for about 1.5 hour
First time a small sync issue visible for AC3 after 60-70 minutes.
Second time a small sync issue visible for AC3 after 100 minutes.
This release works much better, please say what did you fix, because in Leia build there is a big async for audio from the first minutes.

Just one problem with this version and with all previous with sound.
After about 20-30 minutes there is a visible audio sync problem for AC3. The sound starts to lag behind.
If I stop the video or PVR channel and start it again than no sync problem and again after 20-30 minutes difference is visible and it becomes bigger.
Does anybody has this problem too? Or any fixes available for this async?

From log looks like it tried to transcode AC3 to DTS-HD in first case. Is it correct?
Are there any plans for S912 testing builds? I will be happy to test it too
I don't know if it related to PVR or Leia build, but it takes sometime about 8-13 seconds between channels switching

In 8.0.x kszaq builds there are no such delays.
Working fine for me with DVB-T, even for AC3 passthrough. I'm using an external TvHeadend server.
I don't intend to bug bust anything to do with running USB tuners or Kodi Addons - that is not the purpose of John's thread here.
It's all about 10bit HDR video playback and dithering & picture quality.
This was just information about persistent problem. If no solution yet than no problem.
I will try to test later this channel via TVHeadend server to check if this PCTV addon bug or Leia(in Krypton I don't have such problem). I don't use any tuners, just IPTV

Sync problem occurred only if "Enable Dolby Digital (AC3) transcoding" enabled
IPTV.Simple.Client is pre packaged in this update along with pvr.hts (TvHeadend) & includes the Fractional Refresh Patches.

As mentioned above there is an audio sync problem for liveTV with AC3 sound and also picture freezes and big frameskips seen for this type of channels.
Don't know the reason, but colors look better and video looks smoother than in 8.0.x releases
Yes - I get really really really sick of typing libreelec - all the time and use the Password - le - instead.

wrxtasy, in the last build addon "kodi.binary.global.main" has a version 1.0.10. But pvr IPTV Simple Client wants 1.0.9 version. So it doesn't work because of сompatibility issue.

TvHeadend TV channel switching is now the best I've ever seen it with the very latest pvr.hts & Leia master with the above patches removed:

Standart password doesn't work after update to this version and pvr IPTV Simple Client from repo above not compatible.

Its a very early LibreELEC 9.x Kodi Leia Alpha that is subject to much experimentation and change, hence no point publishing source at this very early stage.
Kodi video playback does work pretty well having said that, I'm using a S912 - MINIX U9.
Is it possible to update from 8.0.1l version or I need to install it from scratch?
