Will add back the missing busybox symbols, thing it got messed up after the busybox update earlier.

I use the haswell version of your distribution but exept the new kernel what is the real diff with other build?
If the filename contains AGA or 32 then the script adds --amiga-model=a1200 --kickstart_file=kick31.rom. The default configuration is in /storage.config/fs-uae/Configurations/Default.fs-uae, you could change the default kickstart there. You can write your own complete configuration file as well and name it .fs-uae. Looks like I haven't added that extension to EmulationStation but you can do that in /storage/.config/emulationstation/es_systems.cfg.
after some test I find why it's not working, egrep is not included in your busybox so you'll have to replace it by grep -E at line 24 and 43
amiga_model and kickstart_file are repeated twice in config file with the command at line 25, so I prefer replacing option in config file by commands
sed -i "s/A500/A1200/g" $CONFIG
sed -i "s/kick13/kick31/g" $CONFIG
and finally as zip would include some other files not needed like xml in my case, you can force to only extract rom files (line 22)
unzip -q -o "$1" -d "$TMP_DIR" "*.adf" "*.adz" "*.dms" "*.ipf"
with these modifications fs-uae working like it should

Could you explain me how fs-uae should switch to kickstart 3.1
my zip and adf inside are named with word "AGA" but fs-uae launch it as A500 kickstart 1.3 ??
I also have 2 roms that only works with kikcstart 2.01 and A600 model
could you add a condition to your script for these roms?
And if someone still have the last working ION build I'd like to get it

No, I cut the nvidia-legacy driver from the latest build as it crossed 512MB and thus won't fit on a standard LE /flash. I'll have a look if there's something that can be slimmed down.
Do you keep latest version with ION support? Or is it possible for you to make a build with legacy support and remove some emulators like dolphin as ION can't emulate Wii
I do not feel any delay, but 1080p is also upscaled as I own a 4K TV
for example DK Country Returns is not playable in 1080p and playable in 720p with some lags

escalade does your last build still support ION chipset?
I can't see anything obvious in your logs, but I have a haswell and I'm pretty sure psx works here although didn't test it lately. Not at home to check right now but will do later.
The mesa version in this build supports OpenGL 4.5 for haswell, that shouldn't be an issue. Perhaps ask on the RA forum, sounds like there's some kind of issue as you both have this problem.
Strange, I'm running on a Intel NUC i3 haswell limited to OpenGL4.0 and it was not working...
Another issue with PLEX this time, I installed trakt plugin, can access to options but can't link my account
and after rebooting the NUC can't access to options anymore...
anyone else try to use trakt with plex?
That doesn't look like the entire log. The errors regarding *.mcr are normal RA just looks for memory cards.

I installed pcsx-rearmed lib into retroarch and launch roms without any problem
and rollback to Mednafen lib and still stuck on a black screen
