    Hello,

just compiled the actual version "devel-20210309113011-c9205b6" and at startup-screen following message is shown:

depmod: ERROR: fstatat(5, nvidia.ko): No such file or directory

A second observation I did was that, if I backup my setting with LibreElec-addon, the MessageBox, showing the progress is only shown for some milliseconds and then disappears. The backup is done properly.

    Best regards,

    Hello,

after updating from LibreELEC-RPi4.arm-9.80-nightly-20210119-c4186be (I tested the versions from last 4 days) I see the problem that videos in addons requiring inputstream-adaptive (e.g. Joyn, Amazon, ...) do not play when selected to continue/resume. They play correctly if "start from beginning" is selected. Trying the same with video-files on an HDD does not show the problem.

The log shows "stream stalled" in a loop (sometimes the audio is there for a short time, video keeps showing the menu and spinner) ...

    Do you have any idea?

    Best regards,

    DDuck007

    That´s really good news ;-)!

I hope I don't have to bother you again soon, but in my opinion it is worth keeping also "outdated" PCs in the loop in order to have actual inputstream-adaptive for DAZN, Joyn, ... (which are running perfekt in 1080p on systems like mine).

... I will continue testing and report problems for PCs like mine ;) ...

(and also on my RPI4 ...)

Thank you chewitt, mglae and all others for bringing back the discussion to a technical point.

That´s the reason why I use LibreElec since years (and most items can be solved by reading in forum and checking issues in github).

I just tried adding the two lines to the syslinux.cfg but it did not solve it - when Kodi is started I get the same error:

I think I go back to 20201211 (that´s the last working version I saved to my HDD) and check the github-pull-requests to see when the mesa-update is appied!

Ok let‘s stop discussion - I thought it would be helpful for Developers to get feedback - but those comments do not help at all.

-> just a remark: Not everyone has enough money to buy a new PC if there is a problem, so I really liked the small Libreelec Linux to support not only „actual“ PCs ...

For x86_64 there is only the most actual version available for download - so not much possibility for testing ...

    Hello,

I updated my HP Thinclient to LibreELEC-Generic.x86_64-9.80-nightly-20201221-84dd16d.tar and Kodi does not start an reports X11-error on black screen.

The Kodi.log and the crashlog files are attached.

Do you know why it can´t start X11-server?

(reverted back to 20201211 and is working ...)

    Thank you in advance!

    DDuck007

I just installed LibreELEC-Generic.x86_64-9.80-nightly-20201019-dc19933 and got the message that inputstream.adaptive is not available for this version.

Unfortunately only version 20201019 is available for download at test.libreelec.tv, so no downgrade possible =O.

Is there any chance to get inputstream.adaptive working or is it possible to download an earlier version for x86_64 somewhere else?

My Problem is that only the nightly works with my HP-ThinClient with two monitor outputs, versions 9.2.x freeze @zapping ...

    Thank you in advance!
