I know this box can handle resolutions of 1920x1080 and lower but I was wondering...........
Would it be possible to handle 2560x1080 @ 60Hz

Frankly - I don't know. It should work as it was deigned to work, I am unable to run Moonlight and check it
Thanks for the info......... I will stick on the version i have then... As i said i can get it working through SSH so i feel i am best leaving it alone
Chewy 8.2.106c was the latest Moonlight version but it was causing crashes for many people, that's the reason for revert. As I am unable to test Moonlight updates, I will rely on upstream LE 8.2 updates.
So if i drop back down to 8.2.105 will i be able to use moonlight addon through Kodi or just through SSH like i'm currently doing with 8.2.106c ?
8.1.6 uploaded.
Thank you for the update kszaq
A question if i may...... i have moonlight installed from the LibreElec Repo and i have version 8.2.106c (2.4.2) installed but noticed after this update the version in the LibreElec Repo has changed back to 8.2.105 (2.4.2) why is this........
I still have 8.2.106c where i turned updates off where it fully works for me ( Well it only works through SSH and not Kodi lol ) just wondered why it went down that's all.............
Also is there anyway to update Moonlight to 2.4.3 <---- Latest Updated Version ???
kszaq My bad i didn't even look at the OP..... Sorry dude and thank your for clearing that up
Hey Kszaq........
Just noticed in the downloads there is a 8.0.2d for the S805......... but no mention of it in this thread.
Is the 8.0.2d for the S805 or is it there by mistake ?
Just didn't want to update a break anything ya know lol
Cheers Dude
8.0.2c re-uploaded with freezing bug fixed.
Kszaq as i am not having any issues with your original 8.0.2c....... Should i just stick with it or apply this re-uploaded fix version ?
I've deleted 8.0.2c from download server until the issue is resolved.
It's always good to see progression is being made.......
I must say though i updated my S805 to your 8.0.2c and i've has no issues what so ever.... I know it all comes down to board types, chip sets and firmwares and all.
Just thought i would share that 8.0.2c fully works for me
Thank You kszaq,
Your work is greatly appreciated
Hey Kszaq.......
Just wondering are you going to be updating this build to 8.0.2 (Krypton 17.3)
Not rushing or anything like that would just like to know thanks
Everything seems to be working great on my MXQ S805
Some how i have the Blue and Red LED working correctly and also i can fully shutdown and wake up my box from my Remote so i'm very happy
Keep up the great Work and looking forward to more builds coming from you soon
Just crashed on the last release. Anything i can do to find out why? Video and sound stuck, looping audio.
I was having issues like that when i upgraded from 7.0.3.3c to 8.0.0b........... But when i done a fresh install of just 8.0.0b the issues went away completely.....
Never saw any issues with 8.0.0g apart from a little slow down and what seemed like lagging but again that has all completely gone away with 8.0.1a.
So maybe try a fresh install of the latest OS You can back up your Kodi data with the BackUp Addon so you won't lose anything... It's worth a try
That is very strange..... Me personally haven't had that issue what so ever.... Sorry i couldn't help you
Just a thought have you tried changing the screen size on you TV.... Most if not all modern TV's allow to change the aspect ratio 16:9, 14:10, 4:3 Full-Screen and so on.......
Also when streaming have you changed the screen ratio to match the TV.
I have my TV set to Full Screen and i have the video in Kodi set to 16:9 and everything is sweet

Does anyone know the correct ssh commands to mount a Windows Share on LibreElec and i mean on LibreElec and not Kodi.
I've tried a number of ways but i always get......
File or Directory not found
Mount 192.168.1.xx not in fstab
mounting failed
or as of last night Permission Denied.
These are the commands i've tried......................
mount -t cifs -o guest,rw //http://192.168.1.xx/Users/Public/Roms /storage/Roms
mount -t cifs -o guest,rw \\192.168.1.xx\Users\Public\Roms /storage/Roms
mount -t cifs -o guest,rw \\192.168.1.xx\Public\Roms /storage/Roms
mount -t cifs -o guest,rw \\192.168.1.xx\Roms /storage/Roms
As you can see i tried both ways with / and \
#!/bin/sh
(sleep 30;
mount -t cifs -o guest,rw //http://192.168.1.xx/Roms /storage/Roms;
)&^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Also all the others ways that was used above that one.
I'm sure a few other commands which i can not recall of the top of my head. I've been trying this through autostart.sh as the fstab can not be edited due to it being read only and personally i don't feel like installing Linux on my Windows 10 based PC then have to mess around with packing and unpacking things.
I've just tried nfs and smb nothing seems to work always get some kind of error or directory not found even though it is there....
Any help would be great

I managed to solve my issue.... the issue was /storage/Roms it wouldn't create the Roms folder and also Guest didn't work either so this is the command i used
mount -t cifs -o username=?????,rw //http://192.168.1.xxx/Users/XXXX/Roms /storage/downloads/roms
Will follow up if everything runs smooth like i have planed
I've updated my box to the latest Jarvis build 7.0.3.3c and i've now noticed a cache full message pops up really quick when trying to watch some content.
I never use to see this with and Older release.....
Now i don't know if it's just the content i'm viewing or if the Cache has been modified or if it's some new bug or something as i clear my cache all the time........

LibreELEC 8.0 builds aimed at devices based on Amlogic S905/S905X SoC
This is for the S805 right..... Just a little confused as the Title says S805 but the main header says S905.....
I know the 7.95.beta6 runs sweet so hope this 8.0.0b runs just as good
Thanks for all the great work thought i do appreciate it
