Hi CvH, the last builds on index - powered by h5ai v0.29.0 (https://larsjung.de/h5ai/) are empty folder. Could you fix them, please? Thx
-
LOL! Omnipresent as God.
Hi crazycat, thanks a lot for the driver and all the other hard work. What do you think about my experience?
If I overclocking Rpi3 I have no more issues, but of course the system became unstable (sometimes freezes).
What kind of log/report I have to provide you for debugging?
Thanks againlordslash: I bought T230C because, maybe, in 2017 Italy switch-off to DVB-T2

Hi, the issue appears with both SD (MPEG-2) and HD (H264) channels, but is more evident with HD channels.
Of course, my RPi uses hardware acceleration for SD channels (unlocked by Mpeg2 license key) and OMX Player or MMAL to provide acceleration in HD channels.
In this case, both OMX or MMAL show the issue, but in a different way: audio stuttering if I use OMX, video artifacts with MMAL.But the very strange thing is that overclocking RPi3 seems to solve the issue.
With this parameters I have no problems using T230C, but I have test it for more hours before to say that this is the perfect solution:Code
Display Moregpu_mem=256 temp_limit=80 avoid_pwm_pll=1 arm_freq=1300 core_freq=550 over_voltage=6 gpu_freq=550 v3d_freq=500 h264_freq=350 sdram_freq=575 sdram_schmoo=0x02000020 over_voltage_sdram_p=6 over_voltage_sdram_i=4 over_voltage_sdram_c=4 dtparam=sd_overclock=90
CvH: do you think that the issue is in the drivers or in LE?

Could you tell me if the T230C works fine on DVB-T channel (in Italy DVBT-2 is not arrived)?
I notice some audio stuttering with OMX Player acceleration if audio/video synchronization is on.
With MMAL instead of audio stuttering I see green artifacts.
With audio/video synchronization off I haven't audio stuttering or video artifacts, but audio go out of sync.My setup: LE 7.0.2, RPi3, Passthough enabled for my Home Therater system, MPEG2 and VC1 licence key for hardware acceleration

Hi lordslash,
copy both files:
dvb-demod-si2168-d60-01.fw
dvb-tuner-si2141-a10-01.fw
in /storage/.config/firmware -
Hi CvH, a Little request. Could you create a repository for index - powered by h5ai v0.29.0 (https://larsjung.de/h5ai/) so we can add it like a source in Kodi and update your tvheadend nightly build directly for LE? Thx a lot
-
I select crazycat-cc in dvb configuration addon and now the tuner works fine. Thx a lot
-
Hi CvH, could you help me on how to recheck the dvb driver in the addon (tvheadend?!?)? I don't know how to do that. Thanks
-
Of course...

Hi dear, nothing to do. I created the firmware folder but not works.
I can see it in lsusb, but no trace in dmesg and /dev/dvb
Any advice?
Thx -
Hi CvH, thx a lot. I just installed 1.66 but the required firmware files for mygica t230c are missing (dvb-demod-si2168-d60-01.fw , dvb-tuner-si2141-a10-01.fw )
The crazycat discussion about it is here:
August DVB-T210 - Tvheadend
Please colud you give it a look?
Thx a lot -
Hi CvH,
Thx I'm waiting for it -
Hi CvH,
I checked in your LibreELEC-RPi2.arm-7.0.2-dvb-drivers-1.6.tar
but it doens't include the latest CrazyCat media_build with Mygica T230C supportThe "specs" seems to be:
Tuner Si2141-A10
Demodulator Si2168-D60and the required files:
dvb-demod-si2168-d60-01.fw
dvb-tuner-si2141-a10-01.fw
Please, could you create a 1.66 version with mygica t230c support?
Thx a lot -
I am using GENIATECH MyGica USB TV Stick T230 DVB-T2 tuner on RPi2 and RPi3.
Running TvHeadend.
Receiving HD channels on DVB-T2 frequencies.Got it from Aliexpress at USD 22.50, including shipping to Singapore.
Hi guys,
I bought from Aliexpress the Mygica T230 tuner but it doesn't work on my Rpi3 with Libreelec 7.0.2.On the box is specified Mygica T230C
Maybe is not the same version tested by you. With lsusb I can see the tuner like a Rockwell device o_O:
with dmesg I have:
Code[ 81.817294] usb 1-1.2: new high-speed USB device number 6 using dwc_otg [ 81.911351] usb 1-1.2: New USB device found, idVendor=0572, idProduct=c689 [ 81.911366] usb 1-1.2: New USB device strings: Mfr=1, Product=2, SerialNumber=3 [ 81.911372] usb 1-1.2: Product: EyeTV Stick [ 81.911378] usb 1-1.2: Manufacturer: Geniatech [ 81.911384] usb 1-1.2: SerialNumber: 160421
but TVHeadend doesn't see it: ls /dev/dvb/ is empty, so the firmware/driver for this T230 version ("C") is missing inside LibreElec.
Please guys, could you help me to find a solution? Thanks a lot
EDIT: CvH and other devs...
I found a nice discussion that maybe could help you to add a patch/support fot the MyGica T230C on LibreElec:
August DVB-T210 - TvheadendEDIT 2: solved here LibreELEC

Hi, I saw the github.com discussion, but I don't understand if you have compiled it with success
-
Hi escalade!
I'm trying to compile reicast-libretro with your package.mk (PROJECT=RPi2 ARCH=arm scripts/build reicast-libretro)
but it fails and I don't have idea on how to fix it.
Full log on lollo78@lollo78-P55A-UD4:~/LibreELEC.tv$ PROJECT=RPi2 ARCH=arm scripts/build rei - Pastebin.com
Please, could you take a look at it and point me in the right direction?
Thx a lot -
Nice. MyGica T230 works fine out of the box with actual kernel and drivers?
