Is it possible to get this card working
I'm sure that anything is possible, but since you already talk about kernel modules, I assume you have some Linux experience. So isn't the first solution to try and compile your own LibreELEC build with any driver that is available for your 10GB card? And see what happens?
I have a feeling that the current LibreELEC developers do not have yet such a fast ethernet card in their home or development environment.. 
If this is supposed to be a 'bug report', you have absolutely no clue what you are doing.

Errors on a drive can prevent Linux from booting that drive, as a safety precaution.
We prefer the whole log file, puzzles with one piece are hard to solve.
Also provide the kodi.old.log file, should you play the video and Kodi freezes/crashes/etc.
Do use a pastebin website like hastebin when providing log files.
I'm guessing that there is a "flat spot" in your video file, where Kodi stumbles for some reason.

Very lovely to show us a couple of SQL queries, but it doesn't show us much.
Enable the Database component in Kodi's debugging section (if not already done), restart LibreELEC, do some database stuff, and provide the FULL log file via a pastebin website so we can see a complete picture.
I would suggest you put your music on the 256GB sdcard and then use a USB reader for it.
You can then use a simpler, separate 8-16 GB sd card for the LibreELEC system.
IMHO iIt's not the best/safest solution to store everything "in the same place".
Also, NOOBS is really not necessary if you only plan to use LibreELEC.
It's faster/better to write the LibreELEC disk image directly to the separate SDcard.
I think 4 partitions of 32GB on a SDcard are a bit over the top, but probably done for ancient compatibility. If you are to use that sdcard only in a LibreELEC device, and thus in a Linux environment, it's better to use Linux's own EXT4 format. It also makes things simpler in Kodi to have one single partition.
Do you still have a copy/backup of your music files, or did you -move- everything already to the sdcard?
You could currently have a profile.xml file with 0 bytes.
Try removing it via a SSH session, and reboot the Kodi device.
Also, we prefer to have log files provided via a pastebin website.
Simply to avoid all the clutter on our forum server.

You might try each older LibreELEC version and work your way down.
Or you can get yourself a Raspberry Pi set with better support and which is also uptodate.

Yeah, that is unfortunately only part of a kodi log. We prefer to see the full, uncensored puzzle, and not just separate pieces.
The Generic version of LE used to have suspend issues with Nvidia graphics, but not with the ION cards AFAIK. It could be a regression though.

What is incredible is the attitude of some people. As if there are weird agendas or priorities on what to implement or not. If it were possible, all goodies would be available yesterday. Sadly, that is not possible.
BTW, it's not just the LibreELEC team. We are also depending on whatever the Raspberry developers are throwing at us.
Videos and music are only sent out via UPnP from Kodi if they are first scraped into Kodi's video and music libraries. If you want a pure UPnP file server, then there are more dedicated applications such as MiniDLNA.
In the debug overlay I also saw that the CPU usage on the season3 file is way higher.
I'm guessing that the RPI gpu is not well-suited for High 10@L5 video, thus software decoding will likely kick in.
I don't know the exact details of the new RPi GPU, and I'm no video expert, but Anime files have always been a handful for Raspberry devices.
I have normal video and audio on my RPi4, both with LE and Raspbian.
Let's start with a full log file.
Provide a new log file reproducing the problem. Who knows what pops up.

Kindly first remove the various video piracy crap add-ons that you have installed on your LibreELEC device before seeking support on the LibreELEC or the Kodi forums. As per forum rules, support will only be provided to users with 'clean' Kodi setups. You can see the problem entries here colored in orange: hastebin
And by the looks of the other addons/scripts/modules, the orange selection is not even complete in your case.
also I m getting the lightning bolt since updating to 9.2.
The lightning bolt indicates that your power adapter is not up-to-par.
It's probably some cheap adapter that boasts more than it delivers.
