I have a old laptop with Phoenix Bios
Phoenix... That's pretty much prehistoric, AFAICT.
What are the other specifications of the laptop: CPU, graphics card, etc.

"Not working" is the worst topic title I can think of.
Please type something more specific next time, so that forum visitors and the forum search engine know what to expect.
In case of log files, always provide the FULL log file via a pastebin website.
Providing only a couple of puzzle pieces of the whole puzzle is not helping.
Also, v9.2.3 is just around the corner, it's being tested internally at the moment.
In case of Intel hardware, I'd go for the latest/newest version, $20 shouldn't be a problem. 4GB is more than enough for LibreELEC (a RPi W with 512MB runs it too).
HDR is the bigger problem for now, as this is not yet widely support by Kodi / LibreELEC. There is a Windows HDR thread on the Kodi forum, but there is no specific HDR support on Linux yet.
10-bit shouldn't be a problem, that is handled on my 'older' Intel HD605 GeminiLake machine as well.
Also, uninstall these scripts from your Kodi setup. Piracy tools are not tolerated here. These entries may be leftovers, the scripts can still be active.

I had no idea, I will remove all plugins and try again?
No idea that you installed an add-on to watch movies for free? Strange.
But yeah, a "clean" Kodi setup is a first requirement for getting support.
Assuming that not everyone boots its RPI's every day, so those 6 seconds shouldn't be much of a problem.
Hmm, now why wouldn't we do a thing like that? We just need to set things up for testing stuff, that just takes a couple of extra days.
People can be so impatient...
Youtube tutorials have surfaced as well:
With the firmware, you meaning the eeeprom bootloader?
See this other thread: Pi4 USB Boot is coming soon!!!! YAAAY
Is it possible? I thougt it will get possible in the future.
Currently there are tests being done with a beta firmware, which supports booting from USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports on the RPi 4B.
So it is already possible. If you feel adventurous, you can upgrade the firmware on your RPi4 and test it for yourself.
Updated the bootloader and am now successfully running LE off a 16GB SSD
How long does it take the RPi4 to see the 16GB SSD drive and actually start booting? 1,2,4,10 seconds?
The RPi3B+ took some 5+ seconds with the USB boot.
Need to buy a new USB stick as the old one I tested, rpi4 can't boot from him.
Why not get a USB-SATA adapter and a SSD, to get proper disk speeds? SDcards and USB sticks can have okayish read speeds, but write speeds are usually crap. Plus, SSD drives have TRIM support, which most USB sticks do not have.
I have 2 RPi-4B's, and I'm not gonna tinker with them before the next stable version of the firmware is out.
When will this problem finally be solved?
'Solved' is not the correct term, as it is not a bug or problem. It's a feature that is not (yet?) implemented.
For starters, there is no timetable at work here. So "when" is an tough question to answer.
Yes, the RPI4B can do 2 monitors in Raspbian Buster, but there are also some bumps in the road.
- For Kodi, both screens will need to run the same resolution and frame rate. (clone mode).
- Kodi does not support separate display output on separate monitors, e.g. movies listings on 1 / movie running on 2. The functionality is simply not there.
- The 2nd HDMI screen cannot do 4K60 on the RPI4B (should that be your plan)
How can the memory usage be so much? That would mean the 1gb variant wouldn't be able to run? Is the cpu temperature the issue? Could it be a buffering issue?
It's about time...
I succeeded. This is my very first pastebin
If only you also succeeded in obeying our forum rules...
In short: no support will be given to any Kodi setup that has the slightest hint of piracy crap installed on it.
I think we can safely forget about the word "slightest" in your case.
Come back when your setup is cleansed from all piracy-facilitating repos and add-ons.
Okay, over time i had the impression that larger SD cards got into trouble when used with the RPi 2/3.
I'm glad if this is no longer a problem with the RPi 4.
