Or try the latest nightly build with Kodi 19. Not sure if fixes also address your problem, but perhaps use a separate SDcard and give it a go.

I suppose that due to the current lockdown you people have been in your man-caves too long and forgot how to talk to people. Along with all your other rules, you should add that all members should be polite and engage in a fruitful conversation, not just make or follow the rules you choose selectively.

In case you somehow forgot to read our forum rules, we couldn't care less if you were to download movies. It's outside LibreELEC's and Kodi's scope to begin with. You can download all the movies you want, but we can decide if, and when, we provide support.
a simple yes or no ( and if yes how ) would suffice.
Apart from the reply I already gave, which apparently didn't ring a bell, the simple answer is "no".

Well, yes and no.
Unfortunately, your log file shows various repositories and add-ons that are considered 'banned' by Team Kodi. Such add-ons typically are facilitating video piracy, for which (as per forum policy) no support will be available on both the Kodi and the LibreELEC forums.
Not to mention that such add-ons have a tendency to indeed freeze, crash and impact Kodi core functionality.
So either come here with a clean Kodi setup, or you are encouraged to find your support elsewhere.

So what 's the need for overclocking? Videos will not be played any faster, and *maybe* menus could be 1-3% faster if you fiddle around with BIOS/memory settings. It's not worth it.

Is there a setting somewhere that shuts down the Pi when it's inactive?
Check the settings in Kodi's System/Input Device section for the RPI's CEC device,
It should have some power up/down settings.

I am on Kodi 17.3 so I am thinking of upgrading to 18. I also hear that 18.9 is the newest most reliable version. I have a Nexbox A95x B7N.
At the moment, Amlogic S905 hardware is best served with the newest CoreELEC builds if you want the latest stable version of Kodi.

No, not unless you really know how to develop and compile for 32bit. LibreELEC has said goodbye to 32bit years ago, as did the Linux developers in general. Look at most of the the "big" Linux distro companies: 32bit is a thing of the past.

Apparently you have been away so long from this forum that you forgot that, as per our forum rules, we have no desire or time to support Kodi setups with add-ons that facilitate video piracy in any way.

This is what I see in the log.
We prefer it if you would use a pastebin service for providing logs, as we like to keep our forum server as tidy as possible.
Also provide the full log file, and not just one or two puzzle pieces relating to CEC.
Wifi + HDMI problems on a RPi4 seem not to be that uncommon, unfortunately. Any chance you can use cabled connection instead?

We do not support torrent add-ons in our repo so you are better off asking the addon maker.

Consider the following scenario: A secondary house that is empty for a long time, only occupied a few months a year or weekends.
An empty house should have a better warning/alarm system than just one or two cameras IMHO.
Or is it okay that in case of fire, you can watch your secondary burn to the ground?
OP's solution is for an old(er) relative to watch 2 camera angles. Again I say there are better solutions than Kodi to run a webcam solution. If you want to secure your property that's worth some $100,000 or more, would you really rely on a $25 webcam/computer package?

You could also try a full-OS Linux solution like Ubuntu. It should have more hardware drivers available.

Definitely sometime this year.
Kodi 19 RC1 has just been released, so we're getting closer.
There is no fixed date for the final version though.
