You don't think that a) me bending up those pins, b) a damaged cable or c) a potentially faulty usb to sata cable could have caused any damage causing the lack of hdmi audio do you?
What do you want me to say? I cannot judge whether the ports of your RPi are still functioning properly.
People should be aware that all ports of any Raspberry Pi should be treated gently.
They are not the exhaust pipes connected to a typical car's engine block.

Just make sure to use the HDMI-0 port, the one on the far left.
HDMI 1.4 supports upto 4K30 afaik.
I'm using simple USB3-SATA cable adapters from StarTech here. One holds the Ubuntu Server OS on a SSD for a file server PC, another one boots & runs LibreELEC on a RPi4B with an prehistoric Vertex II ssd.
Any idea on how to get the graphic adapter working (installing somethig maybe)?
"installing something" will not be possible due to the nature of LibreELEC. There is no package manager and no sudo, all necessary components are compiled into one big blob.
The 780G/3200HD cpu/gpu chipsets can be considered prehistoric by now (I've had one myself). LibreELEC is not planning to support all types of hardware for many years to come. You could try install a "proper" Linux OS as Ubuntu and install Kodi, and see how far graphics and audio support will get you then.
Alternatively, look at a Raspberry Pi like setup. It will get you the latest graphics options at a tiny fraction of the electricity bill (your AMD solution probably draws some 60-80 watts/hr.., an RPi will do only 2-5 watts/hr), as well as total silence. Or, a new/recent Intel board. Gemini Lake generation or newer (also passively cooled), can do wonders for you.

It could be incompatibility of the adapter's controller with the Linux system. Using the cheapest computer hardware can sometimes bite back... Does it all work okay on a Windows system?
Is the drive (dis)appearing in a regular interval? Then drivers or incompatibility are possible. Otherwise, a small fracture in the adapter cable could also be the culprit.
If you are gonna attach the SSD permanently to a Linux RPi, ext4 is recommended.
I thought AMD was basically the founder of 64-bti instructions in chips, so even a Sempron should work with LibreELEC => Sempron - Wikipedia
A bigger problem is likely the (onboard) graphics card.
If I make SSH with root user I am unable to create a new user with commands Useradd or adduser.
LibreELEC is a plain vanilla edition of Linux. It does not have any of the usual bells and whistles that "normal" Linux distros. Therefore, in its current form, LibreELEC only supports 1 user: root.
Connecting to SMBv2 networks: use Kodi's GUI option "Add network location.." with all user credentials & password.

If you can, rename the guisettings.xml to something else, and restart LibreELEC to get a new/fresh version, so Estuary can run. Apparently your Aeon skin has quirks.

Somehow asking for a "stable version", without any specific problem descriptions, does not give us that usual warm fuzzy feeling. Development on the RPi4 is ongoing, mind you. There is an initial test version for HDR decoding available since yesterday.
When I startet using Kodi/Libreelec on the Pi 5 Years ago it worked good.
That's quite a bold statement, since a RPi-5 has yet to be designed & manufactured...

Guess what: it's EOL and dead. No more fixes. All new addons are now Python-3 bound. Life goes on, and we're not going back.

Try DietPi, it should have (some) webcam support.

Yeah, as said Linux is my primary OS, and its GRUB is booted from the BIOS as such.
Windows is pointed at its own SSD, so no way that Windows is gonna bork GRUB. :o)

Storing watch or resume status shouldn't be video type dependent. Perhaps your video database is somewhat corrupted.
Uploading a log is always useful.
